Welcome to IsraelStream (https://israelstream.com). By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Access & Activation
IsraelStream provides authorized software access and streaming playlists. Subscriptions are delivered digitally within minutes of activation confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Each standard subscription is granted for single-connection personal use unless multi-room access was specifically requested and approved.
2. Service Availability & Quality
We strive to provide 99.9% service uptime with high-bandwidth CDN load-balancing. However, streaming quality and stability may vary depending on the end user’s local internet connection speed, ISP routing, device hardware capabilities, and router configurations. We recommend a minimum stable speed of 25 Mbps for 1080p Full HD and 50 Mbps for 4K streaming.
3. Responsible Use
Subscribers agree not to re-stream, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast playlist streams or credentials. Any account detected sharing access links or credentials publicly or attempting DDoS actions against servers will be suspended immediately without refund.
4. Third-Party Apps & Trademarks
IsraelStream is compatible with third-party media players (such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, XCIPTV). All third-party logos, trademarks, and brand names referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. We do not develop or own these external third-party software applications.
5. Refund & Trial Policy
We provide full assistance and trial testing prior to purchases. Because digital activation keys and server slots are consumed immediately upon generation, all sales are final once credentials have been delivered and validated. Our customer support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp to troubleshoot any setup difficulties.
6. Amendments
IsraelStream reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
